A nature getaway to unwind, a sports break with friends, a family celebration… Moments shared with loved ones deserve to be experienced without a shadow of a doubt. Combining the best of hospitality and online platforms, the three brands of the Eterniti group, a leader in Europe, offer a unique experience in apartments, chalets, and villas in around twenty destinations, enhancing the art of living. Eterniti capitalizes on three areas of expertise: rental, concierge services, and maintenance, ensuring an unrivaled level of trust and service.
Each of the group’s brands boasts unique characteristics and unique positioning: Emerald Stay, the first property management company in Europe to be certified B-Corp, an independent label recognizing companies that adopt a responsible business model and integrate the dimension of positive impact into their performance, embodies the 4-star standard of affordable luxury, ensuring quality and reliability of services. For Bo House, the properties are equivalent to 5 stars with premium services worthy of the best hotel establishments (24/7 concierge, chefs, chauffeurs, etc.).

Verbier Exclusive offers 20 chalets located in the Swiss resort known for its discreet luxury, with dedicated teams. The smart lock system, combined with a confidential access code provided before your stay, facilitates access. Once you’ve chosen your destination and property, you can personalize your stay by adding, or not, tailor-made experiences: tastings, a private chef, a guide, a sports coach, a chauffeur, massages, and more.
Two passionate partners

The Eterniti Group (originally launched as Emerald Stay) is majority-owned by its founders and backed by Limestone Capital, a private equity fund dedicated to the experience economy, travel, and high-end hospitality, managing over €1 billion in assets. Leading this triple challenge are two partners who are pooling their talents.
Maxime Friess, CEO of Eterniti, comes from a family of hoteliers based in the Swiss Alps. A graduate of Essec Business School, he initially focused on financial markets, spending years in investment banking and commodities trading in Singapore and Geneva, before moving into real estate.
Laurent Lacourt, originally from the Southwest of France, attended the Toulouse Hotel School and completed an MBA at Essec Business School. He worked in management roles at major international hotel groups before joining the founding team of La Fourchette (The Fork), a leading French restaurant reservation startup. Laurent is the COO (chief operations officer).
A wide choice
A chalet with minimalist lines facing Mont Blanc? A Saint-Tropez villa with direct access to the beach? A tastefully restored Majorcan farmhouse surrounded by nature? Depending on your dreams and desires, simply choose from 600 seaside or mountain properties, all connected to nature. They are mainly located in the Swiss Alps, the French Alps, the Pyrenees (Andorra and Baqueira), on the Costa Brava (Spain), in Saint-Tropez, Mallorca (Balearic Islands), and Marrakech.
Mountain chalets don’t close their doors when summer in the mountains offers an opportunity to experience it differently. Clean air, dense forests, refreshing rivers and streams, spectacular peaks—the mountains offer true luxury, ideal for breathing and recharging your batteries. Luxury is also found in Emerald Stay’s offerings. From Alpe d’Huez to Verbier, from the Chamonix Valley to the Portes du Soleil, there’s no shortage of sports, wellness, or cultural options, and neither are the group’s properties.
Hiking for all levels, swimming in lakes, paragliding over valleys, canyoning in forgotten gorges, high-altitude festivals, hot springs, or simply yoga in the great outdoors at dawn: each destination has its own unique palette to explore. Summer in the mountains is an invitation to live differently, in chic and comfortable properties where you immediately feel at home.
For those who want to discover another destination: the Costa Brava, Majorca, Marrakech… now is the time, and there is plenty to choose from!
Bo House Hospitality
In this summer register, it is in Saint-Tropez that we turn our attention. The peninsula, and even more so its famous port, its Place des Lices and its pétanque players, its festive restaurants, embody a singular and inimitable art of living. We jostle at Senequier, at the Tarte tropézienne, in the alleys invaded by luxury brands, to then find ourselves in “our” villa, chosen from among the many addresses of “Bo House”, a benchmark of excellence of the Eterniti group, composed of a remarkable collection of private residences, designed to offer tailor-made hospitality.
The two independent residences of Modern Capon (450 and 550 m², up to 28 guests), with its 10 generously sized suites, all extended by their bathrooms, and 4 bedrooms dedicated to staff? The magnificent villa Bliss (480 m²) in the heart of the parks of Saint-Tropez in the middle of a garden where palm trees, bougainvillea, and wild vines draw a Mediterranean landscape? Six suites in muted tones, two generously sized living rooms and a dining room facing outwards offering a subtle balance between space and intimacy?
The villa Canoubwest (460 m², €225,000 per week) with its 8 bedrooms, as many bathrooms, heated swimming pool, gym. Villa Alkmène (680 m², €120,000 per week), in the heart of the private Héraclée Park estate in La Croix-Valmer, with its six elegant suites, lounges opening onto the exterior, sun-drenched terraces, and swimming pool? A private table orchestrated by a Michelin-starred chef? A lunch suspended between sky and sea on a legendary beach? A sea escape to hidden coves? A helicopter ride to a confidential address?
All you have to do is live the Bo House experience with its concierge service.
